Summary

kinkfilter is a search and reference index. It does not produce, create, film, digitise, upload, host, or store any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct. Accordingly, kinkfilter is exempt from the record-keeping and labelling requirements of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

What this site actually contains

kinkfilter stores and displays metadata about videos published on third-party websites: titles, performer names, descriptive attribute tags, durations, view counts, and the URLs of preview images generated and served by those third parties. Where a video can be viewed, it is played through an embedded player supplied by the originating website, and the video data is transmitted directly from that website’s servers to your browser. No such material is transmitted from, cached by, or stored on kinkfilter’s servers.

Who holds the records

With respect to any visual depiction accessible through an embedded player or outbound link on this site, the original producer of that depiction is the party responsible for maintaining records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257, and those records are maintained by that producer or by the operator of the site on which the depiction is published. kinkfilter is not the producer, whether primary or secondary, of any such depiction.

Age of performers

kinkfilter does not knowingly index material depicting any person under the age of eighteen. All indexed material is sourced from platforms that require age and consent verification of their uploaders and performers. If you believe any material referenced by this index depicts a minor, report it immediately to removal@kinkfilter.com and it will be removed from the index without delay and without requiring proof.
