1. Acceptance
By accessing kinkfilter you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may revise these terms; continued use after a revision is acceptance of it.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if it is higher, and legally permitted to view sexually explicit material where you are. kinkfilter is not available in jurisdictions that require identity-based age verification, and you may not use a proxy, VPN, or any other means to circumvent that restriction.
3. What this service is
kinkfilter is a search index over publicly available metadata describing videos published on third-party websites. We store titles, descriptive attribute tags, performer names, durations, view counts, and preview-image URLs. We do not host, store, upload, or transmit any video file. Where a video is playable, it is played through a player supplied and served by the third-party site that hosts it.
Attribute tags are generated in part by automated classification and machine vision. They are estimates, may be wrong, and are not statements of fact about any person. Nothing in the index should be read as a claim about any performer’s identity, characteristics, conduct or beliefs.
4. Third-party content and links
We do not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for third-party sites, their content, their advertising, or their privacy practices. Following an embedded player or an outbound link takes you to a service governed by that service’s own terms. Advertising shown on kinkfilter is supplied by third-party networks and is labelled where required; we do not endorse advertised products or services.
kinkfilter is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any site whose content is indexed. Trademarks and names referenced belong to their respective owners.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the index, or use automated means to issue queries at a rate that burdens the service;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure, or probe, scan, or test its security;
- use the service to harass, identify, stalk, or build a profile of any person;
- reproduce or redistribute the index or any substantial part of it;
- use the service where doing so is unlawful for you.
6. Removal and copyright
Anyone may have an entry removed from the index on request, without giving a reason — see content removal. Copyright holders may also use the formal process at DMCA. Our record-keeping position is set out in our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 statement.
7. Privacy
We do not require an account and we do not collect names, email addresses, or payment details. The age confirmation is stored as a single cookie on your own device. Aggregate, non-identifying traffic statistics are collected to operate the site. Third-party advertising networks may set their own cookies and identifiers; their practices are governed by their policies, not ours.
8. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the index is complete, current, or correct, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, kinkfilter and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service or any third-party content reached through it.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless kinkfilter and its operators from any claim arising out of your use of the service or your breach of these terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or withdraw access to the service, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of kinkfilter is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction.
